Practice Overview

Dr. Charles Hurbis has practiced in the Bay Area since 1991, moving from Chicago with his wife Jillian of 35 years.  He has 2 daughters who are both Coos Bay natives.  Dr. Hurbis remains one of the only surviving solo practitioners in the bay area.  His areas of special interest include sinus disease incorporating sinuplasty techniques, nasal airway reconstruction, skin cancer related diagnosis with facial reconstruction, and facial cosmetic surgery.  He has published and presented extensively in these areas.  Having a very child friendly office and staff, Dr. Hurbis also sees many of the pediatric patients from the area.
